Fans were forcibly removed from Dua Lipa’s concert in Shanghai on Wednesday (September 12).

Video shows fans standing and dancing on their seats being dragged away at the concert by the English singer.

At one point in the video, screams can be heard as one fan is dragged out.

One man can be seen being struck by a security guard in an outer rim of the concert hall.

According to some local reports, security stopped some fans waving the pro-LGBT flags at the concert and some had their flags removed.

But most Chinese media made no mention of the pro-LGBT stance of some fans.

Dua Lipa wrote on Twitter: "I am proud and grateful that you felt safe enough to show your pride at my show.

"I would love to come back for my fans when the time is right and hopefully see a room full of rainbows."
