Manhole cover pushed up by storm in Phoenix, Arizona
A video has emerged of a manhole cover being pushed up by extreme water pressure caused by storms and flooding in Phoenix, AZ, USA.
The footage was captured by a local resident in the Phoenix metropolitan area at 43rd Avenue & Peoria Avenue on Saturday afternoon.
According to USA Today, the National Weather Service said the winds in the area were up to 60 mph. Trees were also toppled throughout the area.
