In the video, the man can be seen lifting himself up and dangling his legs off the handle bar, doing a series of pull-ups with some grunting along the way, and demonstrating kung fu moves.

He spends the last minute of the video in a headstand against the train doors.

According to the filmer, the man set up some loud speakers and began performing as a female companion caught everything on camera.

Other passengers on the train do not seem to pay much attention, although some sitting in another carriage can be seen loving over.
