Truck driver fails to look in mirrors before manoeuvring

This truck driver, although he signals left to pull over then puts his hazards lights on, looks as though he forgets to use his mirror before manoeuvring.
Cam car Dave says, "It's very common for HGV's to stop on this road to do their deliveries, that's fine. Cars have no choice but to overtake. This driver has showed total disregard for anyone else on the road and was very dangerous in his actions and unprofessional with his hand gesture."
