Little River Flooding in Harnett County, North Carolina
McDougald Rd, west of Leaflet Church Rd one of many roads closed both directions due to extensive flooding from Hurricane Florence. At this location, the bridge over the little river looks fine, however, the Little River has overflowed its banks to the west and has flooded hundreds of acres of farmland as well as blocked access to the western part of Harnett County. There are no detours.
