Bear Alert while out walking my Alaskan Malamute in the woods
My 10 month old Alaskan Malamute Sojourner Truth loves walking in the woods near Mont Tremblant national park in Quebec Canada. She especially likes to scratch & sniff the ground in dog scent work exercises trying to pick up wild animal scents. We are not so sure when she points out an area of high black bear activity. When we see wild black bear paw prints and a large pile of fresh bear poo we scram out of the woods just in case we bump into the bears.
