Super typhoon mangkhut (t10) raging waters return! hung hom promenade kowloon (hong kong)

Backstory: I use the title "The Raging Waters Return" because a similar thing happened with Typhoon Hato (23 Aug 2017) that was also a T10 storm that hit Hong Kong. I do have the video for that in my possession.

As Super Typhoon Mangkhut was in full force, needless to say I had to stay in my flat as it was unsafe to go outside.

Roughly 2 hours into the extreme T10 Mangkhut storm that was ravaging Hong Kong, large sea waves and currents were raging and splashing beside the pier of the Hung Hom Promenade at 12:00pm, which I could see and film from a distance (via. Sony Handycam FDR-AXP55 w/zoom + 4K25 capability) from the 23/F of my Harbour Place residence.
