Firefighters rescue toddler hanging out of 9th-floor balcony
Firefighters rescued a two-year-old boy hanging out of the ninth-floor balcony in southern China.
The video, captured in Mianyang City in Sichuan Province on September 21, shows a fireman holding the boy hanging in mid-air as his body got stuck between the bars of the security rail.
Another firefighter then used a hydraulic clamp to cut the security rail open.
After ten minutes, the boy was rescued successfully. Fortunately, he was not seriously injured.
