A motorcycle crashes into the back of a swerving public utility vehicle in the Philippines.

The van driver stops to check his vehicle, rather than whether the motorcyclist is okay. Fortunately the motorcyclist, Ernesto Supnad, was not injured.

"After realising that his actions were caught on dashcam video ... he [the van driver] approached the motorcyclist and both parties agreed that Mr. Noveno [the van driver] would pay the damages of the motorcycle rider," said the filmer.

The video was captured on August 23.

Motorcycle rider is Ernesto Supnad who does not need to rush to the hospital because he is not wounded or hurt, the PUV driver is certainly Mr Noveno, After realizing that his action is caught on dash cam video because the owner of the car next to the motorcycle rider inform him, he approach the motorcycle rider and both parties agreed that Mr Noveno will pay the damages of the motorcycle rider.
