Padang, West Sumatra Province - The Indonesian Philately Association has existed since 1922 and continues to exist and more and more are joining even though it has entered the era of digital technology.          

Philatelic associations are expected to be increasingly asked by the younger generation despite entering the digital era in sending letters // It is a challenge to be able to attract the younger generation to love stamps.  
        
In certain cases the community still has letters using stamps, such as Eid cards. Making letters and sending letters using stamps is exotic in today's digital era.    

       Admittedly sending a letter via WhatsApp, the line is instantly very different if we write and send letters using stamps // When writing letters using paper and sending using stamps has its own meaning.
   
   Even though it has entered the digital era but some other countries are still writing letters using paper and sending them using stamps// As is well known stamps are the identity of a country which records many historical events or artifacts// Aside from being a form of historical artifacts, stamps are also of high economic value.
