Shark breaches the water to catch bait but misses
A shark in South Africa charged out of the water to catch some bait on a hook held from a nearby boat but failed, missing completely.
The incident caught on video, filmed today (October 1) shows a shark circling a boat with cage divers, shows when it breaches to try and catch the bait held on a boathook, however after a lunge it missed the meat and dove back under the waves.
“9 other curious sharks were seen circling the boat and the cage divers got way more that they bargained for,” said the filmer, Elton Polly.
