The video captured the moment of the doctor removed the pebble in the palate of the man on March 9 in Dien Bien Phu City, Viet Nam.

This was the cause of his pain under his palate. Soon afterwards the doctor used the device to remove the pebble from his mouth. It was a large pebble and it left a large hole in the palate of the man. After the doctor took pebble the man felt less pain.
The doctor said that the pebbles formed because the salivary glands were blocked and calcified. Patients need to detect early to avoid long lasting conditions that cause large and painful pebbles.
