Some onlookers were making mobile video of the Road when suddenly it started to cave on seeing this the onlooker ran for safety. Luckly no one was injured.
Torrential rain has led to floods in Uttarakhand and nearby areas of Uttar Pradesh, although Kerala Madhya Pradesh & Himachal Pradesh was the area thought to be worst hit.
