This is the disgusting moment doctors in Vietnam removed a massive 'pebble' from a 70-year-old man's mouth.

The man went to a clinic in Dien Bien Phu City after complaining of mouth underneath his tongue.

Upon further inspection, Dr Tuan found that his salivary gland had become blocked and had calcified – forming a huge pebble-like mass.

Using special tools, the doctor removed the unwanted mass from the man's palate.

The footage was captured on March 9.
