Reclaim The City Activist protest at property giant , Growthpoint over a land sale that saw Growthpoint get a property for a 100 million rand less than market value
with the continously growing need for low cost housing in the inner city in Cape Town, Reclaim the City an activist grouping in South Africa protested at the offices of Growthpoint properties.
The activists are questioning how the property giant managed to secure the property which was previously public land for a price almost 100million rands under the market value.
