Cars swept away in flash floods in France HQ
Dramatic footage has emerged of cars being swept away by floodwater in Montpellier, France in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The videos, captured by a local resident at around 1:00am, show a street in the north of Montpellier completely submerged after hours of torrential rain hit the city.
According to the filmer, the pavements and roads were torn off in some places.
It it the third time the Herault department has experienced devastating flooding within the past three weeks.
