Theft of patio chair caught using the Ring Video door bell - Part 2

Buy video

I installed a Ring Video doorbell, then within a week it caught mine and my neighbours patio chairs being stolen. I did not notice my chair had gone missing for a few days, until my neighbour said his had gone missing and then noticed mine was also missing. I checked the footage and found this man stole my chair and reported to the Police, not expecting much to be done. I also found footage of his stealing next doors chair and passed this on as well, also again very clear, the second time stamp was only 8 mins after, so I assume he only lived 4 mins away, took it home , then came back for another one. My chair is metal and the one he stole from next door was wood, so it seemed strange not to steal two the same and only 1 of each set. Upon looking closely at the video you can see a tattoo on the mans inside right arm, a script writing and although at night the night vision means you can clearly see. I shared on Youtube and with neighbours and family as the tattoo made him stand out, then I got a call that someone had seen him and advised me his address, which I passed onto the Police and my next door neighbour which he also added to his crime reference. The Police came round to see us and I showed him the video and he said it was the clearest he has seen and went round to the mans house, the next day our chairs appeared in our car park, not by the house as I assume he did not want to appear on Camera again!
