At around 6am this morning my baby who is just under 6 weeks old woke up for a feed. I had my bedroom window slightly open and could hear a lot of noise from outside. There is a UPS Depot just across the road so I assumed it was just the sounds of their trucks and vans leaving. Once I had fed my baby I went out to my balcony, I could see lots of people standing outside their homes. There was huge flames coming from the UCC Coffee Factory which is directly opposite the block of flats on Sherbourne Close. My fiancé who was just about to leave for work went outside to see what was going on. There were around 5 fire engines at the time and police were arriving. Sirens could be heard coming from all around. The houses opposite the factory were evacuated immediately. At around 6:50am a policeman knocked on our door asking us to evacuate. We quickly packed up a bag of things for our baby and left the building. As we got outside there were many people, firemen, police officers and employees of the various businesses on that industrial estate. Fire was still going but firemen seemed to be under control of it, thick black smoke filled the air and a fireman on a crane was trying to extinguish the flames.
