Foot-over bridge washed away in floodwaters fuelled by Cyclone Titli
A Bailey Bridge over river Bahuda in Chikiti block of Odisha, India, was washed away by flood water triggered by Cyclone Titli.
Many villagers, who wanted to cross the bridge before the flood water made it impossible, were cautioned and held back in time by others.
After Cyclone Titli hit the coastal areas of Odisha, heavy rains across the districts of Ganjam, Gajapati, and Rayagada have caused flood like situations.
Rivers including Rushikulya and Vamsadhara are flowing over danger mark.
