Lope the young gorilla has found the perfect way to wind up his poor dad, Oumbi.

Footage shot at Twycross Zoo in Leicestershire shows the kid sneaking up on his dad, stealing wood shavings and pinching him.

When Oumbi lies down to have his rest, Lope starts staring at him, first standing in front of him, then from under the hut. Beating his little chest, he keeps trying to elicit a reaction from the senior Silverback, who eventually tires of his son's antics and moves inside.

“When Lope and Oumbi stare at each other through the little gaps in the wall it's just hilarious,” said the filmer.

This is Oumbi the silverback gorilla from the Twycross Zoo and his cheeky son Lope. Oumbi should of never got his son started bu banging on that wall. When Lope gets up he goes to the wall,sticks his hand through the gap under the wall and steals some of the wood wool (wood shavings). Again, Again and again. It even seems like he pinches his dad when he reaches under the hut towards his dad. When Lope and Oumbi stare at each other through the little gaps in the wall it's just hilarious.
