A wealthy accountant who built a 10,000 sq/ft leisure centre in his back garden without planning permission could be forced to tear it down. Graham Wildin, 62, has constructed the state-of-the-art site with a two-lane bowling alley, a 16 seat cinema, squash courts, private casino and bar. The complex also features a 25ft tall three-storey doll's house, a soft play area and indoor tennis and badminton courts. Mr Wildin thought he did not need permission when he started construction a year ago but council officials now say the building breaches planning laws.
