Massive flash flood in Tuapse
Video of massive flash flood emerged in Southern Russian city Tuapse on the 24th of November.
Footage shows cars driving when the water level keeps on rising.
Filmer says: I stood there and filmed the way water was rising. At the moment, the water level has significantly raised and the place looks totally different.
Accordingly to Russian media, due to endless heavy rains, city council announced the emergency situation.
