A bus plunged off a bridge into China's Yangtze River after colliding with a car, killing at least two people.

Video shows a damaged red car on the bridge and rescuers searching for the driver and passengers in the river.

Dashcam video also shows the moment the bus crashed into the railings on the side of the bridge and it falling into the river after it collides head-on with a red car.

More than 70 rescue boats have arrived at the scene to help with recovery efforts, reports said.

There were more than 10 people on the bus and two dead bodies have already been found. The driver of the car was hospitalised.

The cause of the accident is being investigated.
