A snake rescuer Raghunath jadhav rescued Female Rate snake, discovered that the snake had laid dozen just before it was released in the wild.
After intimating forest officials Raghunath jadhav of snake awareness Association kooked after the 12 rat snake eggs at home for 68 days in a temperature controlled environment.
For 68 days, including the monsoon i had kept the dozen egg carefully at my house.I was advised that constant warm temperature is maintained. So, when it got rather cool on rainy days,I have to keep two bulbs near the egg to Increase the temperature said Raghunath Jadhav. I am very happy that all 12 snakes eggs have successfully hatched.
After informing forest officials. the rate snake babies was released in a forest.
