Close encounter with wild seals in Scotland

Buy video

In the small Village of Portnahaven on the Isle of Islay on the west coast of Scotland, the local grey seals often come into the harbour for shelter. This footage is of two very inquisitive individual seals that came within 10 feet of me as I was lying on the rocks filming them. It was amazing to see them so close and to look into their large sad looking large eyes.

They seem so used to people, I think if I had some fish they would have taken it out of my hand!
