This was a former neighbour who once he realised I had Parkinson's Disease thought that gave him the right to intimidate and harass me. I had security cameras installed as that at least stopped his more overt threats once he realised the cameras where there. Despite several police visits requesting him not to park on my lawn he ignored them and they never bothered to follow up. While I don't like seeing people injured I made an exception with this neighbour.
