Extreme Berserk Aurora Substorm Fury

timelapse , then realtime video of aurora suddenly exploding in extreme berserk fury , a magnetospheric substorm, seen 8:53PM on october 9, 2018 at Hvítserkur rock in northwestern Iceland. It was low tide and we could walk up close to the rock. Aurora started shortly after nightfall, and half an hour later suddenly exploded in wild fury, overexposing images in timelapse .
Timelapse filmed with Canon EOS 80D and Tokina lens 11mm f/2.8 , realtime video 25fps with Sony a7s2 and Rokinon 24mm/1.4 but unfortunately had the camera in APS-C mode so focal length is cropped, equivalent to 36mm. There was a layer of mid-level clouds that got backlit by the auroral substorm and the entire sky turned green. The initial deep impact lasted a few seconds, then it stayed intense for a few minutes before dimming and returning to business as usual...
