Footage shows car in flames as one dead, two injured following stabbing in Melbourne CBD
Three people were stabbed, one fatally, following a car explosion in the Central Business District of Melbourne on November 9.
According to media, witnesses said they heard a loud explosion and saw a car bust into flames outside Target on Bourke Street, between Swanston and Russell Streets at about 4:20 pm.
The unnamed assailant attacked three people before being shot in the chest by police and brought to the hospital in critical condition.
This video shows the car on fire as sirens sounded.
Victoria Police said there was no known link to terrorism, though the incident was still being investigated at the time of writing.
