Models demonstrate unique balloon dresses at Chinese mall
Models showed off some buoyant fashion by wearing unique balloon dresses at a Balloon Culture Festival at a Chinese mall.
The clip, shot in Huai’an City in eastern Jiangsu Province on October 21, shows the costumer twisting the balloons into shape and putting it on for the model.
Then six models in the balloon dresses pose for the camera and then give balloons out to children.
According to reports, around 20,000 balloons were used to make the six dresses.
The festival aimed to show people that everything is valuable and can be used in different ways.
