chelsea plane crash aftermath
One of the first on the scene, assisted an elderly lady whom is a resident from the scene who was traumatized. Started up the camera on my mobile to get what footage i could with all the smoke, just as the paramedics and police started arriving.
There are 2 x videos... one which runs for 8 secs and the other runs for 1:08secs
