i have lived in my house my whole life (18 years) and about 7 years ago a derelict building on my street became an wedding banqueting hall. Since it became Badshah Palace we have to endure constant noise, parking all over the pavement and on central reservations and across our drive, steet racing, speeding and dangerous driving up and down our road, illegal fireworks being set off in the road, car beeping horns constantly and the blasting of music till extremely late in the night and parties with hundreds of people spilling out into the street till past midnight on some occasions. We have contacted the police countless times and the area has sent out petitions but nothing is being done. The guests have been known to become violent quite a few times now. It is making out lives a living nightmare as we loose sleep, are scared to leave our house, can never park on our road and push chair/wheelchair users are forced into the road (which they drive dangerously on) as they block the pavements. They sometimes sit beeping their horns for upwards of half an hour as the guests arrive. The smell of weed is immense as well during some events. And antisocial behaviour is now an epidemic. They Truly are NIGHTMARE NEIGHBOURS.
Someone on our road even moved house to get away from it all.
