As a Landlord, I finally got my property back from my lovely tenant like this, notice the dog faeces all over the floor. Not to mention the £2000 arrears left by the tenant too. This sort of thing should warrant a criminal prosecution, however, the worst of it is, the tenant cannot be prosecuted, so they can simply go on and do it to the next landlord and the next. Joke. We could take civil action, but that is very costly, and the tenant likely has no money, so again, a waste of time. Saddest thing about this, is it impacts another family, as the property will take time now to turn around, and therefore another family is left homeless because of some sad, sadistic and quite frankly vile people.
