I have been documenting the rubbish thrown on the floor for a while because my property sits right next to the rubbish Shute room and at times I can’t even open my windows to get fresh air. Noticed that all the cleaning materials and tools are left right beside the bins and flies. How are we as residents expect to live in an healthy clean environment when the caretakers use cleaning items contaminated with germs because the cleaning items are leafy beside rubbish. This is unacceptable as I’ve highlighted this to newham council countless times they did little to resolve this even after I begged them to send letters warning tenants, tenants are continuing to do the same and the council will not remove unruly tenants.
