Giant bins left by my motobility vehicle parked in my disabled bay sometimes for 2 days
Newham council caretakers would leave the bins next to my motobility vehicle parked in my disabled bay for sometimes 2 days. While the bins are away the rubbish will be all over the floor inside refuge rubbish room. Asked the rubbish collection guy if he can move the bins back or remove them away from my vehicle so I can get out easily, but he refused to do so telling me it’s not his job to do that it’s his job to empty only. His in agreement with the caretakers that he just empties, but the care takers take two days before replacing the bins but by that time there is a mountain of rubbish stinking out the area.
