A few video footage of rubbish thrown all over the building inside and out, even inside the lift. Had enough so I created a petition to have the resident removed. 23 out of 32 signatures signed the petition that was sent over to our new mayor Rokhsana Fiaz and to other relevant departments within the council as well as posting on my social media account ig: iliveinnewham2017. Within over a week later after the mayor and Newham council received the signed petition the resident was removed, the fire brigade, rspca, medical staff, police, housing officer and social worker came to safely remove the resident. After the resident was removed the council gutted the flat out and redocorate the flat, we thought a new tenant will be moving in, but to our horror the resident was placed back into the property. We are very anger because we were all informed that if anybody is caught dumping rubbish will face the risk of loosing their tenancy and be kicked out. We are angry because instead of Newham council taking responsibility of a resident with mental illness they moved the resident right back into the flat alone. We are now waiting for the resident to have a relapse and put themselves and the rest of us in danger again.
