A disabled blogger was barred from sitting in her seat to watch TV Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick’s live show – after staff said her assistance dog was a health hazard. Abby Cappleman, 18, paid £100 for tickets to see the millionaire celebrity vet perform live on Saturday (17/11) night. But she was turned away from the Arena Birmingham after being told her two-year-old shih tzu Chloe was a health and safety risk. Abby travelled with her mum Julie, 50, from their home in Telford, Shrops., to watch the Channel 4 star's 'Welcome to My World' sell-out show.
