BMX rider lands flat on his back attempting crazy trick jump
BMX is seen as an extreme sport for a reason, as this South African man found out on Sunday afternoon (November 18).
Filmed in Skate World in the Boksburg district of Johannesburg, Darren, the rider, is seen attempting to perform a backflip with a complete 180 degree rotation.
The attempt is admirable but doesn't quite make the cut as he wipes out in a haphazard fashion, landing on his back.
The filmer, named Dan, said: "We were filming each other all day and this happened, Darren was ok, so I wasn't worried."
