This Fire War tradition in the city of Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, was held between two fire-exchanged villages, namely from Sweta village and Saka village, on the week of November 25, 2018.

participants of this ritual, they attacked each other by using dried coconut leaves that had been burned with fire, this tradition was trusted by the local community to cure diseases and reject evil spirits.

The ritual of this unique tradition has existed since time immemorial, the ancestral heritage of the people in West Nusa Tenggara and is still preserved.
