Red Tailed Hawk eats prey off flooded marsh
Sunday morning 25 November 2018 and the marsh was flooded by the high tide and the voles and rodents have been flushed out of their tunnels and shelters and all the crows and raptors are having a field day! Here is a red tailed hawk with a vole she has plucked out of the flooded marsh and then flies up to a high perch to devour it! What an exciting day I has watching wildlife and nature in action!
