Motorist miraculously survives after being hit by van
A motorcyclist was seriously injured in an accident near the Hettipola Road in Kuliyapitiya at the Colombo National Hospital's Intensive Care Unit.The accident due to a van that was behind the motorbike.The biker was thrown over by the van and has caused a serious backbone injury.The driver of the van, who was arrested in connection with the accident, was produced before Kuliyapitiya Magistrate Ruwan Dhammika and ordered to be kept in remand until December 07th 2018.The 26-year-old resident of Nikaweratiya has been seriously injured in the clash.Kuliyapitiya Police are conducting further investigations on this matter.
