According to the witnesses, They saw the man climb to the top floor of the hotel. He was dancing screaming. Rescuers quickly approached the man. He was a tourist from another country. Everyone tried to convince him not to jump. However, the man suddenly jumped down. Luckily, the Rescue Force grabbed his hand and pulled him up. Shortly after, the man was taken to the hospital for examination.
According to the report, The man has been drinking too much alcohol and using stimulants.
Identity and nationality of the man were not disclosed.
He and his friends rented the hotel to stay and travel in Nha Trang.
