This is a favorite dish of people in the village of Vietnam. Fresh blood is taken from animals such as ducks, pigs, goats...The blood is then diluted with diluted salt water to prevent blood clots. Animal organs are boiled and chopped, then put in a small bowl. Fresh blood is poured on the bowl after mixing with some salt water.
The dish is considered appetizers.
