Wild tusker destroys the luggage of passengers while raiding the van for food in Uttarakhand, India
A video has emerged from the Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand in India where a wild elephant was seen raiding a tourist van and destroying their luggage.
The wild tusker raided the van while it was on its way on the street that passes amidst the jungle.
The elephant came out in search of food and stopped the vehicle for the driver to shell out some fruits.
When the driver showed himself empty-handed, the angry elephant started looking out for food in the luggage loaded on the top of the vehicle.
In the video, the giant can be seen sticking its trunk on the top of the vehicle trying to search food in the luggage. It smashes and throws away the luggage as people watch it helplessly from inside the van.
Some other tourists who were plying on the road got down and started capturing the rare incident on their mobile phones. The people can be seen holding their smartphones and recording the rare event.
The giant then leaves after it found nothing and moved on to the forest. No passengers were hurt in the incident
