Buy video

December 24th 2018 , a few minutes before 7PM, the sky was just clearing as it got really dark but the Moon was not up yet so I could see comet 46P Wirtanen, nicknamed 'the Christmas comet' , near Capella, a bright star in the constellation Auriga. Capella is the bright star above center while the comet is that slightly greenish fuzzy area to the left of image center.
