Residents fled in panic as a three-storey building collapsed on a busy road in the city of Etawah in nothern India.

Footage captured today (December 27) shows the moment the building collapses causing a stampede of people running through thick dusk from the ruins.

No casualties were reported.

According to local media, the collapse was caused by a construction error.
