Mountain biking stunt ends in disaster in Yorkshire, UK
A video has emerged of a teenager suffering a painful mountain biking accident in Stainburn, North Yorkshire, UK.
In the footage, captured last month, one cyclist demonstrates how to perform a jump stunt from a small ledge on a country path, but when his friend tries to copy him he crashes over his handlebars and lands awkwardly on the ground.
According to the filmer, the second cyclist “left Leeds Accident and Emergency department with a broken helmet and collar bone, but his bike was fine!”
The teenager has since recovered and both boys are planning to re-attempt the stunt soon.
