Adorable Baby Seal Getting Ready For Release!
Conservation volunteers of White Shark Africa prepare a very young baby seal for release. The poor baby was washed away from her mother and is estimated to be only a few weeks old. She is placed in a box, ready to be moved onto a boat and there for release back into the wild with hopes of reaching her mother. This time of year is when the baby seals are born and they are not the best at swimming, before they are strong enough some of them get washed away by powerful waves.
The seal is so cute that one of the volunteers referred to her as "looking like my dog".
