A large fire ripped through several in Chonburi province in eastern Thailand on Wednesday, causing almost four million dollars' pounds of damage.

The inferno quickly spread to neighbouring buildings as materials stored in the building, including pallets and paint thinner, were quickly set alight.

More than 40 fire engines arrived at the scene to tackle the fire before it was eventually brought under control in the evening.

Police are now investigating what caused the fire at the company, which employs more than 300 people. They said that nobody was injured in the fire.

According to Chonburi Governor Pakarathorn Thienchai, three warehouses were destroyed and the fourth was damaged.
