Following a Christmas dinner in Texas, one family decides it's time to do a pinata. They didn't have any bats on hand, so instead used a golf club.

The filmer's son takes the help, getting blindfolded before the filmer's brother-in-law and niece both spin him around.

As he prepares to take a swipe at the pinata, he loses is grip, flinging the gold club into his mother, the filmer.

"I got a bit of a bruise, but otherwise I was too busy laughing and dodging to be badly injured," she said.

My family for some reason decided that after dinner and wine that whacking a Piñata was a good idea. Didn’t have a bat so we used a golf club. This was at my in laws house, and my son is the one with the golf club. I am filming the video.
