Tiger streaks across herd of bisons as tourists watch
A safari vehicle came to a halt at Nagarahole National Park on January 8 as a herd of bisons had occupied the road.
As tourists watched in excitement there was sudden commotion in the herd. A calf ran for its life followed by a few anxious adults.
A tiger ran across the herd making no attempt to tackle any of them.
A few giant bisons stood unmoved by the sight of the predator.
The herd slowly cleared the road after the tiger passed, letting the herd move.
